We do not sell our wine accessories to the general
public.
Do I qualify for a Winestuff Direct wholesale account?
Any company with a valid Tax ID and/or resale certificate
qualifies for an account.
How do I open an account?

How long will it take to get my order?
Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business
day of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular
business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST).
If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order
will be processed and shipped the next business day. Subject
to availability. In the event the products you ordered are
drop shipped from their manufacturers/producers shipping times
may vary.
How do I track my order?
All orders shipped are trackable. Customers will
receive tracking information of shipped orders directly by
email from WinestuffDirect.com on the day after shipment.

What payment methods do you offer?
We except Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All orders
must be prepaid prior to being shipped.
What if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Our website
contains inventory availability for each item, so you can
only order items that are in stock. From time to time, an
item that says it is available turns out not to be. If this
is the case, your order will be automatically back ordered
and your credit card will be charged in order to reserve your
item.
When are back orders shipped?
Most back orders ship within 7–14 days. However, some
items, may take longer. Backordered items will be shipped

Shipping Information
What shipping methods do you offer?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified
by customer. Depending on destination, please allow 4-7 business
days for shipping. UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three
Day Select are available, if orders are needed quickly, for
an additional fee.
Do you ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Box Addresses?
For APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses, all orders will be shipped
via USPS only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently
not available for APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses). Standard
delivery timeframe do not apply to APO/FPO & P.O. Box
shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your
order amount.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Shipping charges for International Orders vary greatly. Please
send us an email
with the items that you are interested in buying, your address,
and the destination country. We will email back information
on ordering, including shipping and handling charges. We will
be happy to answer any questions that you have, so please
let us know how we can help you.
Engraving Information
What do we mean by custom engraving?
Each piece we engrave is unique. We take each order and design
an original template for each piece. We take the time to make
sure that the layout suites the item, which results in the
engraving being the most complimentary format for the piece.
How much does it cost?
Our custom engraving service costs $20.00.
How can I order it?
You can add custom engraving to your order during the checkout
process.
What is included in the price shown?
The price shown includes engraving in one area on a items
sold as sets (i.e. Wine Glass Sets (4 or 6)) or 1 decanter
or other single accessory.
Can we engrave a second area / two sides?
Yes. A fee of $5 - $20, depending on the item to be engraved
will apply.
I ordered engraving, how long does this take?
Although each job is different, normally it takes 3-5 business
days. More advanced jobs will take longer.
What is our return policy on engraving?
Engraved items are not returnable unless WE make a mistake
in spelling. We will spell the engraving exactly as you submit
it with your order. Please double check your spelling!
What if an item cannot be engraved?
If an item cannot be engraved for any reason, the item will
be shipped to you without engraving and the cost of engraving
will be refunded.
Can you do a logo or an image?
Yes we can. Logos or images must be in .TIF or .BMP and a
resolution no lower than 300 dpi. If you are interested in
engraving your logo or an image please contact
us.
What if I want a different engraving style than offered
with the item?
Please contact us.
How is the engraving positioned?
All items will be engraved to fit the space available and
centered in the available space.
